Shipping policy
Please note that the processing time is in addition to the shipping estimate you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped one time per week on Monday or Tuesday. Expect to see a shipping email notification once the shipping label has been created. After that, please allow 24 hours for your order to be dropped off at the appropriate shipping courier location and for tracking information to be updated. Please remember that any postal service problems that happen after the product has been dropped off are outside of our control.
*We are currently not shipping outside of the continental United States, but will update in the future as needed
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges;
Returns/refunds: All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges at this time.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at zmctattoo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SHipping updates
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zmctattoo@gmail.com your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
